I have three teenagers wearing contacts and glasses. We thought we would try them because they are close to home. They did not make us feel comfortable. They criticized my daughter during the exam. They used a "helper" and then the doctor came in taking twice as long as a normal exam. I had trouble getting a copy of my daughters prescription from them. When we ordered the contacts using their prescription they were not the right prescription for her. Unfortunately our insurance only pays for one exam per year and we picked the wrong place.
