I support Uvalde HEB consistently. At least a fourth of my salary goes yo your store. I was very upset this morn while in there when the checker named Kim on aisle 13 was more interested in talking to the sacker than me. I did not receive a hello or a thank you. I even told them about it to their face. All they did was mock me to each other & look at me as if I was a lunatic. I complained to the ladies in the office as well. The checker did the same thing to the customer in front of me too. I love my HEB but today I felt like I didn't matter at all. Maybe I should take my money else where 😭😭😭 ...read more

I have been calling on this store for several years, sometimes twice during the year, for special occasion gift baskets. Marissa seems to "out do" herself every year.
