Mark Schubert is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met..telling people they are lying and implying they are dishonest is no way to handle the public. Worse than that running around your desk at a lady asking your name is idiotic..then pointing your finger in a man's face while standing behind two coworkers is cowardly.. I am an ex correctional officer and current security officer and lake patrol officer at Lake Cherokee..as such I pride myself in being honest and professional..but I don't take to insinuation and being called a liar nor threatening my wife. Yes she is emotional but neither of us cuss nor disrespect people..we are in a bad position right now and under alot of stress.. We have a two year old and our car was broke beyond repair..we needed some help not accusations and unprofessional treatment. I am an easy going guy but salesmen that rush at my wife will not be tolerated.. Long story short we went to drive time at 4pm and left by 5:45pm with a 2015 Nissan Sentra with 44,000 miles...I've heard bad stuff about drivetime but we were desperate..we were treated very professionally and Katrina went above and beyond to help us even driving to my house to pick up a forgotten check stub..guess what ? The check stub was at the address that Mark Schubert accused US lying about. If your policy is not to finance people whos address doesn't match their driver license you should put it that way..not call people a liar.. All I can say is don't shop at Kent..if they're that shady with two officers and church going people then they will be shady to anyone.. ...read more
