I scheduled a move with Movers of San Antonio for the minimum two hour period on July 31, 2017. The movers wrapped, and loaded all my items in an hour into their moving truck. We drove to my new location, and the movers started unloading my items. They took my bed mattress up to my new apartment and then I noticed them unloading my items onto the ground outside of my apartment. Then without notifying me they left the complex, with all my items still sitting outside on the ground! I called the office and they were sending a new crew for an additional hour payment. Due to the fact that they did not complete my move the first time, left my belongings on the ground outside, broke my couch, forgot my washing machine hoses, charged me an additional hour, and the manager was intentionally ignoring me I felt taken advantage of and miss treated. This company is out to rip people off including the people they work for as in the contractors and the employees comma drivers that work for them! Contractors have pay this man money to hold for Him in Advance and he has never showed up to do the jobs and walked away with thousands of dollars. Aside from that myself and a few of my friends have driven for him, his equipment is in very bad shape. He does not pay his tickets! And he does not repair his trucks! If you go drive for this company you could have end up losing your license because of getting dot fines that he will not pay. This is a public service announcement! I will never call anyone again other than these guys. Moved from Houston to San Antonio and the crew was 100% better than we expected. Once we moved, had some other stuff to drop off at a storage sight...and there was no extra fee! You can’t go wrong with these guys! ...read more
