I took my truck to have it checked out because I was going out of town. The manager called and stated that there was rust in the radiator and it needed flushing. I called my husband and he said ok. I got the truck back after complaining about them not returning it to me at the time promised. I left on the trip that evening about 7pm and by 1am the transmission was slipping. Put transmission fluid in it and didn't make it far. I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Bruce at Ken's tire to let him know what happened - all he could say is it was not his fault that it was my fault. He never offered any help - he just kept saying it is not his fault. The tow-truck guy told me to look at the water in the radiator to see if it was milky - sure enough it was - had to have a transmission and a radiator replaced because Ken's tire did not use their machinery correctly. Worst experience EVER.\t\nMy car was pulling slightly to the left. Took it there and left with the car pulling A LOT to the left. Since it was closing time, I called the next day. They did not have a service where then can come a pick up my car and take responsibility for their job badly done, so I have to go back again and waste another 1.5 hours . Because of work, I went late again (1.5 hours before closing time) so the guy there "couldn't do anything" for me because the manager leaves at 4. He also said they didn't have enough time to do the alignment again before closing (put the car in the computer for 1.5 hours is not enough?). They ended up saying they would look at it so I left and when I came back they say it's been fixed (less that 40 minutes). I was pulling to the left so the swap the tires and it's now pulling to the right. That was their fix!\t\nThey refuse to reimburse me or do the wheel alignment again, and they won't even understand that it was pulling probably 5 degrees before taking it there but 45 degrees now.\t\nThey didn't let me finish my sentences and the guy started saying he was a certified advisor and that I should educate myself and come back and apologize to him! Went to dealership in January to look at trading in current car and purchasing new one. Salesman played the age old car salesman game of high pressure sales. This dealership does not realize the amount of information the consumer has access to these days. They try to bully the customer into listening to their lies. When you ask for the substantiated evidence of their claims, they will lie and tell you why they are right and you are wrong. Then, when you call their lie they tell you that you dont know what you are talking about and because they are experts in the car business they are right etc. etc. etc. Its like what are you talking about- I have had the car appraised and I know what the car you are trying to sell is worth. Yeah and then good luck at getting your keys back from the sales manager while they try to find something wrong with your car to build their case......In fact I got the deal they said I could not get at another dealership. I paid full price $928 (no discount) for a set of tires. I asked how long will it take because i had to go to work. They said "about an hour". Well... after an hour they did not even have my car in the bay. Then I questioned him and he said my car is next. They moved my car in within 15 minutes and it sat in the bay for 4 more hours just to change 4 tires. They put your car on a lift and they know you can not do anything about it. This is unethical business practices. I waited 5 1/2 hours to change 4 tires on a Friday afternoon/evening. They finally finished at 7:30pm. These people have no problem with outright lying to you. \t\n\t\nDo yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire. They will change your tires in an hour and the price is good. Preston was unbelievably rude to us and acted very aloof although he didn't seem to know how to explain what service would best suite our needs. I went in for noise coming from the passenger side whenever I turned the steering wheel. I still had power steering, but the noise was getting louder. Turns out it was the hose right under the power steering pump that was broken and leaked the fluid. They fixed it and everything was great. Here's the thing, I needed to stick around the lobby because I didn't have anyone to come and pick me up, so I got to see customer service at it's finest. Rafael, the owner, was at the desk that day taking calls and welcoming customers. During my time there, I was very impressed by his knowledge of vehicles and repair issues. Another time, someone came in with some strange noise. They took the car in and it turned out that there was a bent piece that was hitting the wheel. Well I went in there to get my oil change and waited more than 3 hours till it was finished.
