Some one tell me how this company stays in business. The owner, Mike Darrisal,Sr., gave me an estimate to do some repair on my home, carport ,and fence I'm May of 2016. His estimate was over seventeen thousand and after discussing it and his guaranty for his work, I agreed. What a mistake that was.. About two months after the work was completed and Mr.Carrisal was paid in "FULL", I began having trouble with the finished product. Just imagine,two months. That is when I started having trouble with this individual and his guaranty. After many attempts to get him to "MAN" and resolve this problem, I am still having to chase him down, with the help of the sheriffs department, a seventy three hundred plus judgement, He still continues to refuse to "MAN" up and pay for his and his companies horrible work. I just wonder how many senior and handicap citizens he has ripped of over the years. How can you sleep at night Mike,Sr.. Do you not have any conscience.. He gets one star because that is the lowest I can give him. His word and work ethics are deplorable. I highly recommend to any one considering hiring this company or this individual, you thoroughly review his company. He is not and will not ever get a license to operate in the city of San Antonio. I know he shows license numbers, but they are as fake as he is.I have records and photos to back up my claim about this individual and his so call company. UPC: 41220 05194 6… This is my old standard that I have used since I was a little boy (My family shopped at HEB in Weslaco, Texas, first buying canned milk by the case, and then powdered milk when it became available. I have seldom used anything else at home). This powder is more a granular milk that mixes with water easily, to make milk to drink, or to make my Banana Smoothie, that I drink with Breakfast. The new” powdered milk (the plastic bag) is a very different story. It is a very fine powder that does not wet easily. When I try to mix it into water, it will become a sticky mass. I have even tried using a blender (when I make my Banana Smoothie). I will end up with sticky lumps of milk sticking to the sides of the blender jar. My suggestion is that you bring back the box, or design a new bag that you have the granular milk put into (so that I can tell it from the fine powder). Note that I am not complaining about the bag, it is not a bad way to package powdered milk. ...read more

I recently purchased a gas grill (put together by an employee) and tank (which was selected by an employee). After trying several times to lit it, I was told to bring it back to the store. Because I didn't keep my receipt, the employee could not check it out and would charge me to simply change out the tank. Since employee put the grill together and select the specific tank I now have a grill and tank I felt that HEB should make me whole. I have a grill & tank that doesn't work and you have my money.
