I really cannot say enough about Shanks Jewelers and Ben Shanks. He was there every step of the way when we designed my wedding and engagement ring. They were able to create the ring that I wanted at a better quality and better price than what I found online. Ben went the extra mile to surprise my husband with his ring (not to mention that his store carried the designer ring that my husband fell in love with and really wanted), and has personally taken an interest in seeing that my ring gets cleaned regularly.
