I LOVE my copier from A-1 Image. Not only was the process smooth; they walked me through everything step by step to ensure I knew how to use all of its features. They have 24 hour service that is nothing of which I have ever experienced before. Everyone there really cares about you. It doesn't stop at the sale. Sandy drops in to check on me and if I have a question, she has the answer! I also love that they are certified SHARP dealers!!!! We have not had one problem with the multi-function machine and use it for printing, faxing, scanning and of course copying.\n\nWe are able to store our blank forms on the machine and print them as needed, scan documents into our system for email attachments, or to store them on our network. \n\nSandra and her team are always friendly and responsive and have answered questions timely.
