Thursday- No service call nor call back.Friday- Glass allegedly broke in route. Saturday- No show and no call (waited at home 3 hours)Monday- We lost your paper work on SaturdayTuesday- We are sorry we did not call you back, broke the glass, lost your paper work, wasted your weekend morning, but we still expect to be paid 100% on the dollar for our work when and if we ever show up.Need glass repaired or replaced? I am very pleased with the end product of the work Mike, Rick and their crue helped put together. The kitchen backsplash with subway tile and glass enlays is just beautiful! The granite countertops and bathroom vanity are awesome!!! Love the carpet and pad. So comfortable on the feet. The tiles installed on the floor look just like wood. Everyone who has seen the tiles are amazed when they learn they are not wood! Beautiful work. The stone work around the fireplace really sets off the main room. All work was completed in two weeks. All installers were very nice. I recommend anyone interested in these types of renovations see Mike and get him to help with the planning. ...read more

Open House
