My experience in working with this office depot location has been disappointing, to say the very least. In the past, I have always relied on this office depot to complete my print jobs, and when I needed anything for my small business. \t\n\t\nAfter today, that has changed. I tried to have a very small print job completed (one page, 60 copies, Black and white), and sent it through the website. I paid with my credit card, and it was never received, according to the print center. They told me to call back in a few minutes. So i did, and they still hadn't received it. It was no big deal, so I got their email address, and emailed over the document around 3:30PM. The clerk on the phone sounded rushed and would not answer my questions about pickup time. She told me that ""the other girl"" would call me when they got my email. \t\n\t\nThree hours later, no phone call. I called the store back (third call of the day), and was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. (Every time I called, I was placed on hold for 5-6 minutes.) When my call was finally picked up, the copy center worker hadn't even opened my email. (!!!!!!) At this point, I was out of time. I needed that document ready for pickup on my way home from work. She proceeded to tell me that ""maybe"" it would be ready tomorrow morning at 9. I told her never mind, that I would call someone else to print it. \t\n\t\nAfter hanging up with her, I realized how disappointed I was that I was treated so poorly throughout my interactions with the employees at this store, so I called back (a guy who's name sounded like AJ or Adrian answered) to ask who the general manager was. I was given her first name only, and so I asked for her full name. When he told me her full name, I requested to speak with her. He told me that she was not there, and I asked if she would be in tomorrow. He said no. I then asked when she would be returning? He raised his voice, and angrily asked me who I was. I responded, ""A customer. With a complaint."" Then, to make matters Much, much worse...he laughed at me! Then he repeated ""A complaint, huh?"" I said yes. He said that she would be in on Wednesday. I thanked him, and hung up the phone. \t\n\t\nI will absolutely be calling this store on Wednesday to speak with the manager about this situation. I would not recommend this store to anyone who appreciates respect, service, or someone to actually care about what they are doing.
