Gave them 1 star because there was not a negative option. I Took a car in for service that was driveable. When I told them what it was doin, they said that was a minor, common problem for the model. We picked it up after they "fixed it." It did the same thing it did when I took it in for repair. I turned around before I got out of town good and took it back. That is when they decided it was time to put it on the computer and have the machanic drive it. Shouldn't that have been the 1st thing they did? Before the parts changing frenzy? When we picked it up, they had to push the car onto a trailer so we could bring it home. The "service manager" said they didn't have any transmission fluid for Hyundais at the Hyundai dealership. Do you believe that? I didn't. Still don't. It was in worse condition when I picked it up than it was when I took it in. The car is in another shop now. Trying to see what is really wrong with it.
