Called and spoke with owner, Bill...he had his lead tech, Rick Mann, at our house within 1 1/2 hours...once the problem was determined, Rick left to pick up the parts, and completed the job within 4 hours of our call to Express Water Care..I'd give them a 10 star rating if it was available...highly recommend Express Water Care. ...read more

A lot of people told me to quit messing around and go to Dickson Brothers to get my swimming pool clean and clear again. I finally went there and it was great! People actually asked to help me as I walked in the door! They talked to me about my pool, asked questions, tested my water, wrote out a step by step directions sheet to take home so I wouldn't get confused later. I bought Turbo Shock that is supposed to be professional strength and fast acting! It sure is, and cost less than what I was buying but is stronger. I got a good deal and good service. I didn't feel talked down to like other places. Dickson Brothers will be my go-to place from now on. They have a big store with hard to find parts. Also water garden and pond supplies.
