I called numerous times after their representative, Blake, flat out LIED about their services and offerings. After numerous phone calls and emails, I was still unable to resolve the issue. The supervisor wasnt even professional enough to get on the phone with me and instead had the representative tell me that they were NOT going to refund me bogus charges and were in fact, going to charge me a termination fee.
