I've been drinking Day Break roasted coffee for over 5 or 6 years now. I've always felt the quality of the roast is sub par but it has recently gotten worse. Upon addressing my concerns to the warehouse, I was basically ignored. It took them almost 5 days to respond and there answer to my concerns was a tour of their facility. I don't believe the quality of a product should depend on the customer getting a tour of the facility in order to convince them it's a good product. I should be able to tell the product is good simply by tasting it. So if you like over-roasted, bitter, and often stale, coffee, you should purchase it from DBCR. ...read more
