I had this company out to repair my washing machine. They showed up on time & had the part in their automobile. Great! Once the pump was installed I received the bill. $145.00 labor charge for an hour of service. Outrageous, I cannot recommend this company to any friends or neighbors. ...read more

Excellent service is more than performing the service well, it's about over delivering. Tyler does just that. He cam to repair my dishwasher. He was courteous and friendly sure, but he was educational. He showed me what to do so that i wouldn't have to pay to have it done again. Amazing! When it came time for the bill it was more than what I was originally quoted(20%). He honored the original quote. His actions that day may have cost him a small amount of money short term, but he will make a lot more long term. I will use him for all my appliance problems and refer him to everyone. I've never written a review before, but had to tell about my experience with Tyler/A Plus Certified Appliance. My fridge/freezer died and needed someone to work around my teaching schedule. First I called Sears and had a hard time reaching a real person and they were not able to come out for several days or be flexible with the service call window.
