The new manager lacks a personality, no people skills and demeans and hides from the residents, the assistant manager is in need of anything other than air in between her ears as well of an attitude adjustment. It is a dump with a nice facade. MOST IMPORTANT! I SIGNED A 12 MONTH LEASE AND COULD NOT GET A COPY AFTER SIGNING BECAUSE OF "PROCESSING". When trying to give notice to move 60 days in advance of the end of my lease as they require I find that I MYSTERIOUSLY HAVE AN 18 MONTH LEASE THAT I CANNOT AFFORD! When asking for an alternative I was denied, I was not the only person that experienced this several of my neighbors have had the same experience. This property would be much better if bought out. Several tenants move out after office hours and right now the property is over half empty. There is a raffle reward in the office for anyone that writes a positive review on the property. This place has not even been open a year and management has already changed hands. They never even bothered to alert the tenants of a management change, we found out through the neighbors. This place is NOT what is advertised at all. The playground is a joke, we were told there would be a doggy park as well but still to date nothing.
