We have used this company for the last three years, per recommendation of our neighbor, who has been using them for 35 years. We asked them to evaluate our AC, which they said they would estimate at no cost. We just got a bill for $100. Will be happy to revise this review if they waive this bill, but has already left a bad taste in my mouth. If they sucker us in with a "free estimate" then they should respect their words. To make matters worst, they misdiagnosed the problem anyways. The AC started back up with no need to replace the motor fan.Additionally, the same neighbor who recommended them to us stated that she had them come out for her AC as well and they tried to sell her a complete new unit when three others told her that it was unnecessary. We had an office party recently and we rented the mini golf, I was amazed at the quality of the service we got from this company, our office is on the 8th floor and they brought up 9 holes of the mini golf, and they set them up all around our office, it was absolutely amazing, the space was transformed into a mini golf haven. We all had a wonderful time and at the end, they came and picked up everything and after a few minutes it looked as if nothing happened there. It was definitely one of the best parties we had, everybody had an amazing time and we got to socialize in a different way. The service was amazing, and for all the work they did, the price seemed ridiculously low. Thank you Carlos for the great event and all your staff hard work. We have been associated with Abrazo for a few years; they are a tough agency no doubt, that takes their role in the lives of expectant/birth parents, prospective/adoptive parents and mainly the children in open adoption very seriously and with high ethics and standards. We have found that disgruntled people as the one below are usually the ones that have no use for and do not believe in the open adoption process, they just want to get on with the business at hand to benefit only them.
