Customer service has gone downhill in the past few years. Several times I have left messages on voice mail and no one calls back. Programming is incomplete, and continues to be so. I call back and am told "I am a little behind in my voice mail." Two weeks behind? I asked if there are any new discounts they can check into (I was originally told to do this once a year) but now I am treated as though I am asking far too much. I pay for a new terminal and over a month later I have to call to ask where it is. Discrepancies on statements are brushed aside. Extra charges show up and I am told, "Wow, are you lucky. Everyone else started that monthly fee last year!" No explanation. I recently asked if Kevin was still there, and could he call me. I never heard a word. Must be too busy.
