Cheryl, we truly did everything possible to please you and were unsuccessful. \r\n\r\nYou state you spent a lot of time taking pictures. The fact was you gave Timeless Photography by ONeill a window to take you and Josh the grooms pictures and we completed this 10 minutes ahead of time. You were unhappy when you returned to your venue and your guests had eaten something I we cannot control. \r\n\r\nYou state the CD and pictures were of low quality. The fact is you chose a poor quality printer and were warned by Timeless Photography by ONeill about that. Further one of the photos taken of you and Josh has won for awards. One of which was an award for top 20 in a global competition through View Bug. I assure you quality was not an issue. \r\n\r\nYou state the album design was not what you wanted. The fact in hind sight, you wanted all straight forward color pictures, snap shots if you will with no creativity. Because you were unhappy with the album Timeless Photography by ONeill compensated you for a new album. The problem Cheryl, you hired the wrong photographer. As our website states we are a fine art photographer with exceptional service as all of our reviews indicate. We also have all positive reviews on Wedding Wire. I DO NOT recommend this photographer. I worked with Micheal and his daughter for my wedding. During the wedding we spent a lot of wasted time taking pictures. The actual number of photos was limited and the posing was amateur. They both seem like nice and professional people before and during the event but the service afterwards is awful. The edited photos that I received on a CD were not of high quality and I ended up going back and re editing them for my album. In the package that I purchased I was to receive an album created by Michael, The album that I received had strange design ideas and the placement of pictures was awkward. I ended up returning the album to Michael with little compensation given. I then created my own album through shutterfly and it turned out 10 times better.
