My Grandmother-in-law was in the Royse City facility, where my Mother worked. She received sub-par care and the ONLY reason we did not contact the State was that my Mother was there to advocate for her. Now, conveniently, one week after my Grandmother passed away in their Royse City facility, my Mother's employment is terminated with no explanation. I can only assume it is in retaliation for the issues she raised in my Grandmother-in-law's care. You can make a building as pretty as you like, but if the company running it has no soul would you still want to put your family there? ...read more
