this place had sold me two couches and they both are infested with BED BUGS!!1 THE MANAGER CHRIS is rude and laughs in your face . he showed my sympathy nor was he apologetic towards me i have a son and mother that was infected badly now i have to move with no where to go no money saved becasue of this.. they offered no help . when i talked to the manager he said .. and i Quote.. Um maam im on my lunch break ill call u later.. do not rent from this store they cheap but it will literally eat you out of house and home.... ...read more

I was very pleased with the inspections and the service Kent performed on the two townhomes I was under contract on. He was punctual and you could tell how experienced he was in the professional manner in which he performed the inspections. He also has a great sense of humor and kept all problems he found in perspective explaining how items could be either repaired or improved upon. I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone that needs home inspection services.....great job! ...read more

I find all sorts of thing under homes. Spiders, rats and animals of all sorts but snow? The problem with older pier and beam homes is that homeowners don’t always know when there is a problem under the home. The dryer duct on this home was disconnected for probably many years to emit that much clothes lint in the attic….makes you wonder if they cleaned the lint basket on their dryer. This can also cause so much humidity in the crawlspace that it can cause wood rot and mold growth.
