This is a great place to train. The coaches are very knowledgeable. This place is bigger then it looks from the front. They have a back room that has a weight area and a steel cage and more mats. The instructors and students made me feel welcomed. The staff and students are very friendly. I've been to a few gyms around the area and this is by far the best.
