My son was injured at a party at Park Lane Ranch. The manager, Gary, on duty did not even offer a bandaid or any sort of assistance. I was contacted by my sons 13 year old friend. He ended up in the Emergency Room with stitches on his head from an injury sustained on their basketball goal. They will not provide insurance information and informed me their was a sign up that said no dunking on goal. When I went to look, it was clearly a brand new sign put up. They are lying and they are completely rude and difficult to work with. I would never do any business with them and hope you wont either.
