I recently called this company and was trying to give them some last minute business. I left a message and was waiting for a call from three other vendors. While I was speaking with another vendor he called me back. I was working on several big projects at one time and slipped away for lunch. When I returned back the individual called me back. I explained the situation and said that I'm sorry, but another company responded before him. I said that I would keep him in my data base and try to send him business in the future. He then began to curse at me and act in a very unprofessional manner. I work for a relatively large management firm, and would have very likely thrown him a good amount of business in the future. It's a shame that he couldn't handle himself in a professional manner. Luckily there are several other business with compareable prices and professional attitudes.
