Michelle Champion did my taxes in 2008 and she had NO communication or follow up during the process, and because I relocated from another state she also did my state taxes. About 2 days before the deadline, I finally got in contact with Michelle to find out the status on my state taxes and she told me that she did not get a chance to do them. I do not know who would cash a check for services that were never provided and then ignore all calls and emails, but that is the type of person Michelle Champion is. The name of her company should be SHADY ENTERPRISES because she is not to be trusted. I sent her an email about a month ago asking for her to complete my state taxes, FOR LAST YEAR, or refund me a portion of my money and she never did respond. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and she is sadly mistaking if she thinks it ends there. I will continue to report her until she is held accountable for her disregard and disrespect.
