WARNING!!!! Take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being ripped off my the new management. These people have gone up on my rent twice since the first of the year. No notice what so ever. I went from paying 55.00 per month for a 5x15 non climate controlled unit to now as of March 1st it is 79.00 per month. Of course their website still states the 55.00 per month. If your rent is not paid by the 5 th, they charge 35.00 late fee. By the ninth you will be charged to have your lock cut off, and your items are placed on an auction list and auction off on the 19th of that very same month. These people are the biggest crooks I've ever seen. Don't let Brenda's sweet voice fool you, she will tell you real quick that you will pay their fees, and they will auction your belongings, If you are anyone you know is considering using this facility take this as a warning. this storage facility is a joke. the owners are all about the money. they change due dates and raise the rates as they please and when you get behind they dont follow the storage assoc. rules they just seel your stuff and threaten you. ...read more
