I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but that's as low as the rating system will go. The ""owner"" of this company is a scum. They practice making title loans and force you to buy into a so-called autoclub so if your car breaks down they tow it in and repair very cheaply. NOT TRUE. They tow it all right, hold your car as a hostage and refuse to repair it. The owner then calls the note in for full payment or you risk defaulting and he reposses your car. I was fortunate enough to be able to go pay off my loan immediately and the 400 lb guy threatened me and threw a yelling FIT to scare me and tried throwing me out w/o giving me my keys. I had to call Arlington police out for protection while I waited for them to push my car out of their gated area so a tow truck that I called out to the location could pick up my vehicle. the officer even said he gets a lot of calls for this place and they have a criminal business practice.
