Chase Village Mobile Home Park

1.0

I will be filing a Civil Lawsuit this month against Chase Village, BBW Notes Llc., BBW Notes Ltd., and Amstar Homes Llc. My family was knowingly placed in a dangerous and very unhealthy situation when we were purchasing a mobile home though them. I feel that the environment at this Mobile Home Park is disgusting and very unsafe. I do NOT recommend anyone to live, purchase, rent or otherwise be connected in any way to this location where there are safety hazards and unhealthy situations/environment everywhere. If you are concerned about yourself or someone you know and would like pictures/information about the Chase Village Mobile Home Park in Baytown Texas please feel free to contact me. Pecan Mobile Home

Mobile Home Park is nice & quiet for families. HOWEVER, their management is absolutely horrible! I have experieced it 3 times and I have only lived here for a year. A female receptionist at their office argued and insulted me the first time because we wouldn't meet their demands in their timeframe with short notice. The 2nd time we called in a concern for our safety and the SAME female told me that they didn't need to know that and that they didn't care, basically. And finally the 3rd most recent time, 2 males went under my mobile home to turn off the water and destroyed the coverings around my house. With a 1 year old in our house, we cannot be without water! I called the office again, and the SAME WOMAN answered telling me that they had shut the water off and we were suppose to fix it on our own. THEN WHY COME INTO MY HOUSE AND MESS WITH IT IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO FIX ANYTHING??! The worst part is that she put me on hold for 20 minutes while she answered a personal call. I had to call back and a man answered. I will never refer this place to anyone unless they change their management and I am looking forward to moving my mobile home that they do not own OUT OF HERE (: ...read more

Need to Save Money on a Home? Consider a Repo Mobile Home.

I know you’re sick of the phrase, “these tough economic times.” But lets face it, IT IS tough out there. Everyday folks are having to bail on their mortgage payments, giving up their homes to the too big to fail banks. This leaves them, us Americans with little options for homes.     Here’s a thought if you haven’t considered it before, a way to stick it back to man, how about buying a repossessed mobile home?     For those of you who have lived in one, or many, you know the advantages of mobile home ownership. And for those of you who consider it a downgrade to buy one? Well think about it, where can you buy a 4 bedroom, 2-bath home for less than $40K?     This may surprise you (or not) but many of these homes come well equipped with amenities: including a dishwasher, washer dryer hookups, a garden bathtub in the master bath, and space.  There are spacious singlewide trailers, anddoublewide mobile homes can give you up 2400 sqft of living area. That’s enough space for a growing family on an extremely friendly budget.       To top it off, many of these homes are designed to look less “trailer” and more like a house. You can customize your mobile home with a front porch or back patio, or with dormers, peaks that add a nice house-like appeal to the exterior. Inside you can sheetrock walls or add wood flooring. The money you save on your initial purchase can be put into the design and aesthetic of your home.         If you recently have purchased or are sitting on a chunk of land that you’d like a home on, consider how much money you can save buying a manufactured home vs. building one. With the money you save on your purchase you can splurge on land development, ATVs or other fun toys, or simply put the money in savings, letting your money work for you.        Buying a repo mobile home from a reputable dealer like Texas Repos www.texrepos.com out of Baytown is the way to go if you’d like a quality home at a fraction of the cost of buying new. Rethink the way you live as well as the way you spend. This day and age, it just makes sense.    ...read more
