I've been with you for 27 years. In all the years of my banking experience I have never found another bank that was as helpful. It didn't matter if I had 200,00.00 or was flat broke, I have always been treated with respect ( whether or not I deserved it). If i had a question I've always got an answer. I have been with Santa Fe CU for 20+ years now. They are helpful in the lending dept., but I wish they would update to match others. They don't have a VISA debit card which makes it more difficult when you want to go somewhere. You either have to take cash or hope the place takes checks. They also need to go to online banking. The credit union will not go to online banking. They are always asking for young people but are unwilling to move to better technology. They do not offer bill pay, online transfer or any online banking. They are very very conservative and unwilling to change. They have a lot of older people who are members. ...read more
