Hot off the press!Signal Mountain real estate sales outpaced the local TN area with "closed sales" up 12.8% over 2009. While the average sale price was down slightly by -- -3.1% the median price on homes was up 8%over 2009 at $285,000.The slight downward pressure on average sale price contributed to the increase in sales and resulted in an overall drop in inventory from 11.7 months in 2009 to 9.1 months in 2010.
