We live in the outskirts of Nashville and had seen a skunk around, in addition to numerous moles digging in our yard. I knew The Molenator for his mole trappings in the area. I was not sure if he did wildlife removal as well. I was pleased to find out he handles skunks. I don't wish to mess with a skunk and definitely did not want the kids or our dog near it. We had our second treatment today and we've seen three of Alterra's employees. All have been professional and arrived when expected. The prices are also exactly what we agreed upon (no hidden charges). Mary Gazaway was the representative today. She was very nice and seemed to do a good job treating the yard. Today was our first treatment after the initial treatment and the service tech, Mary Gazaway, was extremely early for our tentative 11 am scheduled service, which I LOVE. Most places are more often than not late to their appointments. Mary was courteous and was dressed very professionally, even though I mentioned how hard it must be to work in this hot weather in long sleeves and black pants. I thought it was extremely professional of her to explain that, due to the chemicals, she is required to wear long sleeves. During my first summer in my new home (2010), every time I went out onto the patio, I would soon be swarmed by hungry mosquitoes. It was no fun. We asked them to spray for spiders in our crawl space. They were supposed to be there 5-7pm on Sat - no show. We called again and rescheduled for 8-10am Mon - no show. We called again and they came Mon at 4pm. However, the guy who had to work in the crawl space on Tuesday said it was still full of spiders and other insects. I called a few termite companies around Nashville. They sent sales reps out wanting to close my job and start work quickly. ArmaXX sent a technician and would not do a termite plan unless I removed the standing water in my crawlspace. The water would wash all the termitecide away. They help me find a gutter company to fix the water problem, then did the termite treatment. If i had used the another companies, I would have lost alot of money. ...read more
