DO NOT RENT HERE. The units are literally rotting and falling apart and management will NOT make repairs. They are impossible to contact - there is never anyone in the office at the complex and they refuse to answer or return phone calls at their Clarksville office. Management will try to hold you responsible for normal wear and tear and their failure to make repairs or address issues. If you want to live somewhere without a working air conditioner in the middle of summer, this is your place - ask any resident. Overflowing trash in the dumpsters, aggressive wildlife, feral cats, drug dealers, cars broken into... an absolute rental nightmare. ...read more

Don't live here. Don't rent from MMC- The person behind the curtain is just a avaricious jerk whose incompetence and lack of communicative and business acumen has become their motto. Run don't walk.. DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE!!!!!!!Please search the net for other reviews. They will make it real easy to move in but trust me you will be hit with enormous fees when you move out. The longer you stay the higher the fees. There are to many nice places in Murfreesboro to live than to settle for Rivermont.. The only thing that is saving them from being slum lords are the fees tenants are charged when moving out. They still have the same appliances and counter tops in most units that was there when the place was built in 1980's. The heating and cooling is very inadequate. It is impossible to sleep upstairs in the summer. They are infested with spiders, the mold will make you sick and they do not care. If you don't like it just move out and you'll pay, even if you do everything you're suppose to do. So please take heed to this warning, I wish I had.. ...read more
