I took a speaker owned by my mother here for repair. It was repaired, I was notified to come pick it up, and I passed the word along to my mother. Our wires got crossed and she thought I picked up the repaired speaker. Six months later I received a phone call from the owner telling me the speaker was still there and that he could sell the item to get the money he put into it. I told him my mother and I had some confusion and would pick up the speaker ASAP (I only received one phone call from the company originally notifying me of the work being complete). A little over a week later my wife went to pick up the speaker, the owner had sold it and refused to compensate us for our property.
