Stephanie 79 must not have eaten at the same Cheerokee Steak House the we and many of our friends have eaten at. I would think Stephanie 79 is not a very nice person. I have eaten in every major city in the U.S and Europe. No, it is not The Stock Yard, Ruth's Chris, Jimmy Kelly's, or Mortons. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN SERVICE SUCK WALK IN AND YOU SEE HOST PLAYING ON HER CELL PHONE, AND TALKING ABOUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE W/BAD ENGLISH GRAMMER. WHEN YOU THINK SOME STEAK HOUSE & MARINA YOU THINK OF TAKING YOUR SPOUSE TO A NICE PLACE AND RELAXING BY THE LAKE, AND PLEASANT EVENING NOT WHEN WE WENT THERE....I EVEN ASK THE MANGER WHAT THE DEAL WAS....WHEN YOU DRIVE UP TO PARK YOU HAVE A TRAILER PARK W/TRASH ALL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THERE NASTY TRAILERS...WHAT IS UP WITH THAT??????? If you are looking for a steakhouse off the beaten path with great atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, country hospitality and a consistently decent steak, Cherokee is the place for you. If you are looking for a spectacular culinary experience, then you will be disappointed. I grew up right down the road from Cherokee. When I was growing up, I remember a meal at Cherokee was a special and rare treat.
