Property Manager is not so steady.Tom Hope.He is the only one in charge.Which means he can come and go as he pleases.He will go in apartment without any notice.Dark parking lot. Dirty pool.Dirty apartments.His son is the maintenance man. They work together.Good luck with that.Carpets filthy.Mold.Out of code electric.Broken appliances.Filthy.Very unprofessional.Mr Hope will give you sob story about being a single Dad to get you to feel bad for him. The state needs to feel bad for his children.Someone needs to help them!!!! They prey on young college people.Thats what happened to my son did.He fell into the trap.This was his first apt.A learning lesson at that.Tom Hope would not give him his deposit back.He demanded more money.In cash of course.He changes paperwork.White out and changes dates. I just moved from this apartment because I moved back home. I lived here while I was at UT. I think it is a good apartment for students going to UT. They are all one bedroom apartments so you can live alone for great price.
