Surrounding Elements Showroom

I've never written an online review, but sought this out to warn others. We negotiated a "good deal" on our purchase, so I started out excited about the project. However, what we were told would be a 6 wk project turned into 6mos. This company is SO unorganized. The sales rep, heather, is friendly. However, she is horrible about follow thru and returning phone calls. Communication is the essence of any successful business, or profession for that matter, so this company is doomed to failure. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. ITs been one thing after the next w/them- a fiasco. Most of which could've been prevented with a little organization and thoughtful planning. Too many examples to even choose one to write about in this short text. Now heather apparently "moved", so her phone is disconnected...yet when I called the showroom, they say she still works there. I wont even TRY to figure it out. Just want my stuff, and to move on!
