I recently had the worst experience with a billing clerk. The insurance company said that the bill was submitted incorrectly 3x and questioned the charge. The insurance co. informed me that the bill was not submitted properly and thus would not be paid. After almost a year, the bill was finally submitted and only a portion was paid. I recenlty found that the bill had been sent to collections . I contacted the office to ask that it be removed from collections status and I said that I would pay the bill ASAP. I need to refinance my house as I have been hit heavily by the economy. The clerk said NO, it could not be done . Of course, it can be done, with approval from your office. She told me that I was "hollering" what ever that means. In these economic times, I can not beleive that my ability to sustain my livlehood will be delayed by an unsympathic employee. She then told me that I could not make an appointment and my calls would not be returned. T
