Studio Phoenix

I started coming to Studio Phoenix just over a month ago. I had been previously exercising quite a bit in the last 2 yrs and have tried a number of workout routines, machines and dvd's trying to keep variety and yet get fit at the same time.From hot yoga, Jillian Michaels, P90X and Insanity. Just to name a few. All amazingly benificial programs guaranteed to give you results, and they do. But I have never had as much fun working out as I do when I do Zumba. The atmosphere of Studio Phoenix makes it even better. Jason is an awesome guy! I have yet to experiance all of the instructors but the ones that I have, Jason, Nasca and Paige are great. Each with their own style. If you enjoy dancing or want to learn and also enjoy the benifits of getting in shape give Zumba a try. First class is free! Hope to see you soon!! Michele
