At Sehatu Sleep Granite Bay we train people in deep relaxation techniques for a peaceful mind and a healthy body,

thus improving their quality of life, performance and ability to sleep restfully.

Our training is available on site at our studio in Granite Bay, CA and worldwide via live video conferencing.

Our instructors are experts in our unique proprietary system of "Deep Relaxation Training" (SS-DRT), created by a

practising board certified sleep specialist physician working with experts in human behavior, wellness and the

healing arts.
