I had made the decision to get my hair cut shorter so I went in on a Saturday morning-- the place wasn't busy so I figured since I had gotten my hair done there before it would be alright. I asked the girl (with a personality of a pet rock) to give me a lot of textured layers and shorten it to my neckline instead what I got was a bowl cut with no texture at all even after I asked her a second time to either chunk my hair or give it some volume. She then proceeded to style it by curling it under--worst cut ever!! I went back later after I tried to make it work and the second girl had to razor cut my hair and make it even shorter!
