We had a great time! Thank you to Ryan, Terre, and Josh for helping us create the perfect landscape. I can tell that you care very much for your customers. My family and I felt like a part of the family. The team at brownswood took a lot of time to discuss my yard and what plants would work best with the amount of sunlight as well as the type of soil. They gave me information on the way to plant the shrubs and trees. I knew they cared about my landscape. The owner, Terre, even took time on such a busy day to drive my children and I around on the golf cart to see different plant options. Ryan, the general manager, was very informative and kind. Needing a 5 acre yard landscaped, an internet search led me to Brownswood Nursery. I was so excited to see if they could endeavor my needs. I made a few trips out to determine what I may want. Unfortunately, almost every time I went out to scout plants, I was overhearing complete and absolute insolence coming from the general manager. The way he spoke to his employees that day was appauling. I guess he doesn't realize that customers can overhear. Trying to put that aside, I requested to speak with the general manager about an installation. He replied that he was too busy. I think to myself, ok, the man is busy, but, then, I see him tending to animals, or rather, him administering an employee tending to the animals. Disconcerted with the whole experience, I get in my car and leave. I will not misuse anymore of my time to visit that trainwreck of a business again. Is it a farm, a nursery or a bootcamp?
