This business is nearly 3 month behind on forwarding my monthly rental income to me. They do not respond to my emails, voicemails, and their business phone number was disconnected when I called in November. I suspect that the business has failed that they they have no intention of paying me the rent money they have collected on my behalf. I am an absentee owner, as I live in Arizona and this rental property is in South Carolina. I have found Evelyn to be very efficient, and she takes care of EVERYTHING. Whatever needs attention, she has someone that takes care of it. She accidentally called my house by mistake and spoke to my wife (she was trying to call the occupant) and she told her she needed to "get the lawn mowed" because is was too long.
