Coulston is the cheapest, greediest, most irresponsible developer I have ever seen. rated ZERO!!!!! This developer has the LOWEST standards I have ever witnessed when it comes to residential. And they are completely UNRESPONSIVE. They have completely botched our neighborhood in the way the lots were excavated. We have drainage problems everywhere, and now in the final phase of development, they have hired their relatives (NEPHEW or other) to completely ruin our roads. T&A Excavating. Do not EVER buy a home where land is developed by COULSTON Enterprises. Do NOT ever hire T&A Excavating to do any work for you or your community. We are disgusted. And we are told that we have to wait 2 years before the roads are turned over to the city, before any any action can be taken against the developer or the excavating company. Who is basically just a relative who didn't know what they were doing and now our brand new neighborhood has roads that look like 3rd grade clay project. Actually, that is an insult to my 3rd grader. Chris was very personable and everything that I wanted he made sure his crew completed. There was no question that he was the right man to do the job. I have recommended his business to many of my friends and they have been pleased as well. A couple of years ago I wanted some work done on my bathroom but I was going to be leaving for quite a while, so I decided to give Chris my key to go ahead an work on the bathroom while I was away. Anytime I have had workers come into my house, I have trusted them fully and Chris demonstrated that he respects that trust and did not take advantage of me. Stonehaven Remodeling Services definitely gets fives. I've already recommended the company to a number of people. They were really good! They remodeled a bedroom for us because we had some water and mold damage in there. The whole room had to be gutted, all the way down to the sheetrock and everything. Stonehaven did a total remodel, and it is gorgeous. They did new hardwood floors, put in new sheetrock, and painted. They also put the cabinets in the bathroom for me. Then they recommended someone to come in and do tile. With each thing, they were very honest and prompt with their work. If something wasn't good (which was very rare), they made sure it was made right. They pointed out things to me that I didn't even know about. I liked that they were perfectionists.
