Guardian Angels Sitting Service
By concernedworker August 24, 2013
It has come to my attention that a sitter/nanny for a military/group event MUST be paid at least $12.20 an hour for hours worked in Beaufort County and at least $13.12 for hours worked in Chatham County. This is the rule under SCA which applies to Gov't contracts. If you drive to a job, the driver must be paid $7.25 for their driving time plus mileage. If you have not been paid this amount for military/group event sitting jobs, contact your local DOL immediately. Act fast as you only have a small window of opportunity to collect your money. In Chatham county, Georgia -(912)652-4221. In the state of SC Phone -(803) 765-5981. Thank you. ...read more

Beverage Companies Pulling Machines
Local and national beverage companies seem to be getting out of the vending business. My local Pepsi plant is pulling machines from locations that do not live up to their expectations. That means that there will be no more loaner machines I bet. That I can live with as I just became a vending machine distributor for Perfect Break Systems. We sell and locate soda, snack and other types of vending machines. I am in Charleston, Sc but can do a deal almost anywhere. Give me a call for a price and specs.. I can also assit in financing your new business. 843-769-6224 or toll free 888-769-6224. Ask for Danny ...read more
