I work next door at the middle school came in with 3 orders and made a request of what type of bread to place each order on. The sever was placing one of them on the wrong sandwich I asked her to which the bread and she replied I am not crazy I know you said honey herb and we don't have no honey herb. The manager stepped in to make the sandwich and when I asked for mayonnaise on both sides of the bread she slug my sandwich to the next person and threw her hands up. The cashier was the only polite person there. I love subway but I refuse to pay for bad customer service. I went to the Bluffton location a couple weeks ago for a business meeting late morning. The restaurant was pretty busy, there were 5-6 people in line ahead of me and quite a few people already eating or waiting for their food. There was only one young lady working. She was very pleasant and apologetic for the wait. I asked her why wouldn't her manager schedule another person to work with her during this obviously busier time of day. She just smiled and said there was someone else scheduled, but I guess she decided she didn't want to work today. This young lady was hustling to take care of all the patrons in the restaurant. It took about 10-15 minutes for my food. I hope the lady that ended up not coming to work that day was relieved of her duties as an employee.
