I have just gone through a very interesting time. In the month of August 08, I`ve had a flood at a apartment we own, a fire at my place of business and a break in at my business. In all three instintses,Rick was right there. The flood was cleared up in one day. In the fire Rick had a cleaning crew there 2 hours after I spoke with him. Finally in the break-in when I was a bit frustrated with the insurance company ( who upto this point was outstanding-had a little problem with the claim rep) Rick cleared it up in one morning.
