Dear Business Owner/Manager,I am writing you on behalf of the Hope Valley Ambulance Squad Inc. The Hope Valley Ambulance is a 501 (c) (3) non profit volunteer organization that has been serving the communities of Hopkinton and , since 1953, in which your company is located. Our mission is to serve the people in our area with emergency medical services, non emergency transport services and community health education programs. We accomplish this by training our volunteers with the latest techniques and information available. In order to better serve our community members with the latest emergency equipment we need to purchase a computer management system which will cost about $45,000. This system will link our base of operation to all of our emergency vehicles and will soon have a direct link to our local emergency rooms. With this system we can send patient information so the accurate treatment will be waiting when they arrive at the local emergency room. It will also help our volunteers, complete forms with vital information and view state protocols with just a touch of a button. It will help reduce the amount of papers we use allowing our organization to help the environment. We are asking for community help to accomplish our efforts to bring our equipment up to date. These systems have been a great asset to other local communities. With your help our efforts would be a great success.
