I think the salon owners should read this page and take note of the changes needed.
So sad when there is more negative than positive feedback.

Seem like the hairdressers are skilled in doing hair and, un-skilled in PROFESSIONAL SERVICE :-(

My journey with the Pedestals stylists began at Images many years ago. My former stylist, Kevin, has a natural talent for cuts, colors and styles. I have yet to find local talent who could cut my hair as well as he did. Unfortunately, other committments would not allow for the time it took for me to visit the salon. I will definitely patronize Pedestals Salon on special occasions.

Images is where it started for me, a convenient location and great craftsmanship. I bonded with Tanya (now my stylist), Kevin, Wanda & Nyron from the day we met...I was a referral - 2004. Pedestals was an exciting move & a blessing to the stylists as well as the honest & loyal clientele. The bad reviews -I think- are from first timers (non-clientele) / ex-associates & we all have a right to an opinion. In the same thought, reviews should not render final consideration or judgement as to whether or not YOU the first timer makes an appointment or establish a business relationship with either stylist at this salon. The work is neat, professional & overwhelmingly credible as are the stylist. Your hair will be healthy, cared for & about. The best thing to me is the personal attention clients receive, flexibility received if needed, honest opinions about what style should be or can be worn...they don't let you leave looking a HOT Mess! It's not about YOUR money. They've got FAVOR & God.

HE'S CORDIAL BUT MOST OF ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE & ALLOWS U 2 ENJOY YOUR TRIP TO PEDESTALS IN COMFORT. HE'S EFFICIENT & PROFICIENT. JUST A REFRESHING GUY 2 TALK 2 BUT HE DOESN'T OVER DO & IS VERY CONCERN FOR YOUR HAIR. THERE AGAIN: "SO FAR SO GOOD"... I HOPE HIM MUCH GOOD FORTUNE IN ALL THINGS. THE SALON IS WELL KEPT & THE OTHER BEAUTY TECHNICIANS R DECENT & POLITE ENOUGH ALSO. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY SO FAR...

It seems there are some disgruntled employees writing fake reviews of this salon. I would like to say that I go out of my way to come to Pedestals and I never regret my decision. Kevin is slow as h#(( sometimes but I feel like he spends the time on each and every client to ensure the style, cut, color, etc. is perfect and the client is satisfied. The condition of my hair is always discussed with me and any necessary care is discussed. By the way I LOVE Tanya she is the greatest! Both she and Kevin are the most talented stylists I have ever dealt with. You little heifers on here writing bad reviews should have stayed where you were and you would have learned something. Yes I'm talking to you, little fontoya whatever your name is. Get a life! Wanda's attitude is a little stank sometimes but Tanya,Nyron,and Kevin keep doin ya thang!!

I love the salon; the staff are very friendly and inviting...and most importantly, MY HAIR WAS FLAWLESS! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Im sad to say that this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. RUDE would be an understatement for the attitudes at the facility. Communication is not a part of their personality for they really lack in that area. Not very friendly only if you fall in their group or click but I'm not about all of that I just want to receive service that is professional and friendly as well for they don't do hair for free. Respect me and my money and I do the same for you. Please remember RESPECT OF PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATION go hand n hand.

I had Kevin relax and cut my hair. It looked flawless. Even after several months people were still complimenting my layered cut.
I would definitely recommend Kevin as a stylist.

This salon has very poor service and not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend them period.
