Partners Management is unorganized
I rent a apartment and the owners use Partners Management to handle the property. I have had to deal with Partners a couple times and I was shocked how unorganized they are to be in the management business. When I got my letter to renew my lease they had the dates all wrong and the amount wrong. I called and it took may phone calls for someone to call me back. I have never been late on one rent check it is automatically deducted and I have gotten notices that I am late on my payment. Again I called and left many messages before someone called my back saying it was their fault again. If you need a management company I would want one that is organized and on top of it.
