Customer service sucks! Was given a price to have engine swapped, then given a different price when called to inform them new engine was on it's way, saying they never gave me the first quote. I then informed them that I did not want them to do the work because they kept changing pricing and to remove my truck from shop and I would be up to get it. They closed an hr early without removing truck from garage leaving me wait till next day. Without so much as valid excuse other then oops we're sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it when it cost me money because someone chose not to do there job! Oh and by the way got engine swapped for $2400.00 less and quicker!!!!! They need stop the noisy driver banging the truck, running loud motor at Moribito bakery in Norristown. Recorded, will send to cops and ytube. 5 a.m. for hours at times. Wasn't noisy before, why now? Motor for flour turned up on a holiday rattled house. This wouldn't happen in a different neighborhood. The auto shop is quiet, the bakery seems to fixed it's noise, if the driver doesn't stop, cops will be called. The truck wasn't noisy before for years, but now the drivers run motor turned up to rattle houses and bangs truck to get last bit of flour out and banging echos around neighborhood. ...read more
